Our Curators

Our music editions are created in close collaboration with renowned soloists – instrumentalists who regularly search for new musical discoveries to add to their repertoire and who are familiar with a wide range of good musical works.

Yaara Tal, Michael Korstick, Nicolas Altstaedt, Nicolai Pfeffer and other successful musicians have done us the honours of serving as curators, searching for masterpieces well worth hearing and playing.

AURIO does the arduous work of researching rare and interesting works for your instrument and delivers them to you in ready-to-play performance editions. Let us inspire you!

New Editions to be published in August

On 1 August 2020, the time has come for further Signature Editions to be released. In addition to new scores for piano, flute and clarinet, there will also be musical treasures for violin, cello and classical guitar to discover. Save the date!

Nicolas Altstaedt: Curator for AURIO

The German-French cellist Nicolas Altstaedt is the curator of our first cello edition. His recommendation is an early work for cello and piano by Gabriel Pierné (1863 - 1937), who was not only a well-known composer of his time, but also a successful conductor and organist.
